A maximum level of protection designed for: Moderate ankle pain, chronic weak ankles, moderate to severe sprains, ankle instabilities or for injury prevention. APPLICATION:
Wear over one or two socks.
Always lace as tightly as is comfortable. The tighter the brace, the more support.
Allow two to three days for the ankle brace to "break in".
If blistering occurs during the "break in" period, use a foam pad and tape (or adhesive bandage) over affected area.
