What Wobble Board do I require?

There are various types of Wobble Boards - and they are available in different sizes with different levels of difficulties. The best things about this wobble and rocker board - is because it is adjustable, then it covers all types of rehabilitation and strength training, by simply changing the bases - you can enjoy the fact that this board can be used for very early stages of rehabilitation - to advanced use by professional athletes.

Recommended up to a maximum user weight of 25 stone, the Wobble/Rocker Combination Board will retrain proprioception (the sense of balance) after injury, preventing further injury and ensuring a speedy return to sport. Failure to retrain balance after ankle sprains can lead to chronic weakness and recurrent sprains.

Wobble Board Attachment - (Small)

Designed for beginners to intermediates, using the smallest of the wobble board attachments will give you full wobble board functionality and has a 14 degree tilt angle.

Wobble Board Attachment - (Large)

Designed for intermediate to advanced use. Using the largest of the wobble board attachments will increase the tilt angle to 18 degrees. This in-turn makes it more difficult to use.

Rocker Board Attachment

The use of the Rocker Board attachment is recommended for beginners, people in very early stages of rehabilitation and for senior citizens. This has a tilt angle of 18 degrees.

The difference between a Rocker Board and a Wobble Board, is that a Rocker Board will only rock either forwards or backwards, or side to side (depending on how you position the board)
